The West Coast Challenge is the weekend of August 21st thru the 23rd in Palm Springs. You must have attended 4 fundraisers to qualify for a one night room stipend in Palm Springs. If you have not attended any or the required number of fundraisers and wish to qualify for the stipend you must pay the full $80 at registration or the difference between how many you did attend and the total required prior to playing in any of the WCC qualifiers.

To all our League members and friends.
Welcome to Week 3 of our Spring season. Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!!!
This past weekend we held our Johnny Cochran Memorial ‘Greased Lightning’ tournament at the Eagle LA. Thank you to Charlie and Hunter for hosting us and Marcus for keeping everybody hydrated on a warm Sunday afternoon.
Thank you to all those that came out for our fundraiser. At the end of the day our second place winner was John Clark and our ‘King of the Hill’ and first place winner was Arnell Ferry.
A special thank you to Ronnie for coming out from the Long Beach league to join us.
Our next fundraiser is on Sunday, March 29th at Crown City Billiards. We will be holding our ‘Lucky Draw’ 8 ball tournament. Registration begins at 12 noon and end sharply at 12:45 PM.
This is a scotch doubles, double elimination, 8 ball tournament where names are drawn out of a hat to form teams. You alternate shots with your partner until your teams turn is over at the table.
This is the second of seven fundraisers that we will be holding to qualify for a stipend before the West Coast Challenge in August. For more information on the West Coast Challenge, feel free to ask a Board member on League night or at a fundraiser.
Come out and support your league, your home bar, and all our sponsors. Without them we would have no venues to play out of as we continue to celebrate our 50th year of weekly organized matches.
We are still working out some of the kinks in our new website. Week 1 and Week 2 team and player standings will be posted along with Week 3 standings at the end of the week.
