Members Meeting Motions

The following motions for approval by the membership in attendance at the September 9th Members Registration Meeting.

Fundraising Requirement
In a non-WCC season, members must attend a minimum of 3 non- 50/50 cash fundraisers
or pay 60$ by the end of the season or cut off date provided by the board.

Playoff Eligibility Restriction
If you play for another city and participate in their West Coast Challenge qualifiers, you
cannot play or coach for LAPL during playoffs.

Team Registration Fees
For a Fall non- WCC season, team registration fees will be 300$ (not including two $20
captains gifts for the end of the season awards party) Current fee is $260

Order of WCC qualifiers/playoffs
To change the order for the playoffs. To move the hi-lo to the end after teams, open
individuals and women have completed for all seasons.

Gift cards vs trophies
In a non wcc season instead of trophies all non 50/50 tournaments will give gift cards to
the winners instead of trophies at the end of the season tournaments with 4 or less
players 1st place will receive a gift, tournaments with 5-16 players tops two will receive a
gift, tournaments with 17 or more players the top 4 will receive a gift
